To the Covenant House Michigan community,
We are on a mission to connect the world, and it begins with the communities where our employees live, work and serve. Delta is honored to serve as this year’s presenting sponsor for SLEEP OUT; we have proudly supported this impactful event in Detroit for the last ten years. This year alone, we have 24 dedicated Delta team members participating. Giving back to our communities has been core to Delta and its culture for nearly 100 years, and we are just getting started.
Leading the charge locally is Eric Pricco, a member of the Covenant House Michigan Board of Directors, Development Committee Chair, and Director of Customer Experience for Delta Air Lines. Like our entire team, he is moved and inspired by the stories of courage and resilience from our local youth.
“I am fortunate to work for Delta, a company that makes it a top priority to have a strong commitment to the community where our employees live, work and serve,” Eric said. “As a company driven by purpose, giving back is core to the Delta culture for the past 100 years. This has placed a wonderful opportunity for me to be personally engaged in the Covenant House mission in battling youth homelessness.”
This upcoming SLEEP OUT will be Eric’s 8th year and Delta has a proud partnership with Covenant House for over 40 years in 31 cities across 6 countries
No young person should be without a warm, safe place to stay. Through our nonprofit partnerships, like our partnership with CHMI, Delta aims to nurture all the aspects of wellness – physical, emotional, financial, social and more – to prepare members of our communities for thriving futures and flourishing lives. Join us at SLEEP OUT 2024. Together, we can realize the dream of ending youth homelessness.
Thank you from all of us at Delta Air Lines
