On Monday, May 17, Covenant House Michigan is partnering with Covenant House International to stream a virtual fundraising event that will shine a spotlight on our young people and our frontline staff in the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Since March 2020, at the height of the COVID-19 outbreak, Covenant House has remained open 24/7 to provide safe shelter and vital services to all youth in our care. The funds raised from this event go to supporting Covenant House’s ongoing frontline efforts to safely shelter and provide services to young people as we continue to face numerous challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. This special event is directed by Broadway producer and director, Jeff Calhoun, and brings together celebrities from the entertainment and Broadway community as well as talented Covenant House youth for a magical evening of performances.
